Research interests

I work as a computational biologist and a data analyst in the field of functional genomics in micro organisms like yeasts (Saccharomyces cerevisiaeCandida glabrataCandida albicans).

I am working in the group of Olivier LESPINET, located in the Institut de Biologie Intégrative de la Cellule and in the research group headed by Jean-Michel CAMADRO. In this last group, people address fundamental problems of biology (especially the assimilation pathways of iron and its intracellular metabolism) using multiple experimental approaches like high density screening of collections of mutants, proteomic analyses, measurement of molecular interactions or deep sequencing technologies.

I have a long-term collaboration with the research group headed by Frédéric DEVAUX. In this group, people develop original strategies based on transcriptomic approaches to decipher and compare transcriptional regulatory networks in different yeast species.

In the past ten years, I developed several bioinformatics tools to solve specific data analysis problems associated to our research projects (for instance peak calling in ChIPseq or gene network inference, see below).
